Curtido is a traditional Salvadoran fermented relish similar to sauerkraut or kimchi. Our homemade curtido is made with our farm grown cabbage, carrots, onion, jalapeño, and oregano. It has slightly spicy and tangy flavor and mixed with the crunch of veggies it makes this a delicious condiment for eggs, brats, sandwiches, or pupusas! Because it is fermented, it provides the added benefit of incorporating probiotics into your diet and will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 months!
