2026 CSA - Farm Box 1
Our first farm box of the season contains a bag of freshly harvested lettuce (approximately 8 oz), 4 oz of homemade buttermilk ranch, garlic scape salt, and a "Quit Your Itchin" bite and itch salve.
Our scape salt is made from the bonus biproduct of our hardneck garlic! Scapes are the flower stem of garlic that is removed to encourage the plant to produce larger bulbs. The scapes are blended with kosher salt and dried, preserving the garlic flavor while making use of the whole harvest. Reducing food waste and expanding our palates! Great on eggs, veggies, potatoes, meats, popcorn, and more!
"Quit Your Itchin" salve was created out of necessity. Living in a wooded area in MN we are constantly getting new bug bites. This salve is made from a long infusion of our homegrown calendula and chamomile, as well as licorice root, shea butter, and beeswax to help calm the itchiness and moisturize your skin.
